- General Definition
The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law") sets out the procedures and principles to be followed by real and legal persons regarding the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms and the processing of personal data. Under the law, personal data covers all kinds of data related to the identified or imdefinable real person. Private personal data, which is a special type of personal data, refers to race, ethnicity, political thought, philosophical belief, religion, sect, other beliefs, disguise and clothing, association, foundation or union membership, health, sex life, criminal conviction and security measures, biometric and genetic data.
Istanbul Advertising Products Inc. and Tic. Ltd. Sti. ("Istanbul Advertising") in accordance with section 10 of the Law. - Method and Legal Reason for The Collection of Your Personal Data
